  I booked a double room for just 2 pax initially but one day before arrival 2 more friends decided to join us. Luckily our room has two sofa beds, so able to accommodate 4 of us. Stayed there for just one night, we checked in late as our train was delayed. Nevertheless, the staff of Novella House, Francesco made the effort to call and check if we a... wat mensen zeggen » re arriving. It’s a pity that we only had a very short stay in Florence, it will be nice if we are able to stay few more nights in Novella House. Will - Novella House is renovated 1800s apartment house with original frescos on the ceilings. It is impossible to roll your luggage into the hotel but fortunately the owner took our bags up into the room (there is a small lift). Our room was spacious with a decent bed; there was a sitting area for tea and coffee, but the bathroom was so tiny, it had a foldaway shower. The room itself is quiet but outside the window you have the typical Italian street noise, maybe more so as there is a boarding house

  Amazing hotel! Perfect location, in Florence city center, and at 5mins walking from the train station, from Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio.... The location was outstanding - easy access to all of Florence. And the jacuzzi was so relaxing after days filled with walking. If you're debating whether or not to spend extra money on the room with the jacuzzi - do it!

  we had a 3 bed room which was very big for Florence and nicely decorated, big bathroom too. the administrator friendly, he recommended a very nice restaurant( expensive but worth the money) . - decoration is very nice. personal is very friendly and intimate. room is comfortable, bathroom is also big.

  We spent three nights in this very comfortable and clean B&B. It isn't a five star hotel with all the facilities but it's a great little B&B conveniently located in Florence. Marta the girl who received us was so friendly and kind, that we didn't have a chance to ask questions. She opened a map and starting marking tourist sites as well as Restaurant recommendations. She explained us briefly about the city as well and we used all her tips and it was all worth it.   I've Benin Florence for a congress in fiera..What I can say, to arrive everywhere (fiera, most important tourist attractions, ristorante, etc) just 5 minutes walking. Then, finally, the location is amazing/great as well a the staff. I was travelling alone and I never felt like "at home" as in this delicious B&B. The room: I took the n.5 with a private huge bathroom, was very clean,absolutely no strange smell (as I read in some comments), very clean, ve - Excellent position, close to station. Friendly, helpful staff. This is an older place, but very comfortable and cheerful room, and quiet (back room). Good shower. We were so happy that that there was a lift! Free Wi-Fi. If you are leaving early, make sure you settle your bill the night before! We would like to stay here again.
