  The initial meeting was perfect, the bus transfer to the airport was a little late and the staff made it so easy to meet for the apartment. Had a warm welcome and the apartment was perfect.   This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by.   Ligging was uitstekend en super vriendelijk personeel. - Lovely B&B clean,comfortable, Marco was fabulous and very knowledgable and made it very easy for us to find it by sending an email with very detailed instructions on how to get there, this was very valuable when you are in Venice, so many things are within easy walking distance, Rialto ... wat mensen zeggen » Bridge and Saint Mark's Square just to name a couple all in all we had a lovely stay - Hotel is very close to San Marco square. It is situated in a historic building with nice spacious rooms and is very clean and tidy. Italian breakfast in the morning is quite enough to keep you going. We liked everything. The only issue might be for people who have a lot of luggage, while this hotel is not equipped by the elevator - but it was not an issue for us.
