  I was pleased with this hotel in every way! The price was more than I wanted to pay but, realizing lodging in Venice is expensive, I left feeling quite satisfied with my stay there. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and attractive, the a/c worked, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean.   Awesome experience!!! Julia who is the owner is extremely helpful and understanding. She accommodated to our request at time of our check in. Excellent rooms and Excellent location. Our room (601) was facing the river (main one just opposite the station) and the Hotel is literally 50 mtrs from the station. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel as it cannot get more reasonable and friendly and ideally locate - location location location, this has to one of the best situated hotels in Venice, close to the station main bridge and the water-bus/taxi stops the staff were very helpful especially the concierge from the sister hotel as he redirected us back to the Abbazia deluxe after we had walk past the entrance (which is easy to miss) if you stay there, turn up the alley and the door is directly on the left, we had one of the rear rooms on the 1st floor and we couldn't believe how quiet it was all in all
