  Righ from the start, the customer service was great! Our 2 bedroom/4 beds apartment was located a short walk from Piazza Republica. The apartment was clean, had wi-fi, a kitchen with plenty of utencils to cook if you wanted to. The bathroom was quite modern, the beds were very confortable. For a 2-night stay it was economical, enjoyable and walkin... wat mensen zeggen » g distance to the Hop on, Hop off Bus station and Republica Metro Station. Overall we were very pleased and so were our 3 young children. - 1) Good location. Only 1 minute walking to Navona Square. 2) The apartment is very new and quite modern furniture. 3) Well equiped Kitchen with all facilities. 4) All rooms are spacious and equip with flat screen TV. 5) WiFi in the apartment works very well. 6) The staff - Jason is very friendly and helpful. 5)

  We had a superior double room (302 a) with a view overlooking the Spanish steps. Room was clean and comfortable with a relaxing white design. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Spagna Suites is next to to the luxurious shopping district with all the famous Italian designe - The hotel was clean and pretty. The location could not be any better, as it is right across from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna train stop. The first person who was at the desk when I arrived was incredibly helpful and nice, and had them clean my room for me first, since I was so tired from my plane ride. He also told me where I could go at night that was not full of tourists. The breakfast served in my room was also very nice.

  Nice knowledgeable and friendly staff( Russian, English, Italian), great location( we lived in the same building with Prada and Caffe Greco), nice clean room, cozy Italian bar for breakfast. Note: for a tourist who prefer the anonymity of a big hotel this is not a solution. Roma 55 is a small family business with five - We liked everything about this cosy and home away from home hotel. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing - a 1 minute walk to Spanish steps. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, a food store is 5 min walk. The owning couple of the hotel (Natalya and her husband) were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgebable and also nice partners in conversation.I was met by Natalya- a very friendly lady who gave an informative introduction to the city of Rome.   We loved staying at the Five Oscars Inn. Massimo was a great host, from arranging the car to and from the airport and helping us navigate the city. The location is perfect and in easy walking distance to all the sights including the Coliseum, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. Massimo provides free movies to watch in your room which was an unexpected treat. The room and - 1. Hospitality - Massimo was amaising! We were arriving very late and he arranged a car for our trip which was a very good advice indeed! His recommendations for the restaurants are stellar. We were running a marathon on Sunday and he even prepared us breakfast in our room so we could have it earlier than when the restraurant openned. He is really a great host! 2.   The location (few steps away from Piazza di Spagna) and the decoration of the rooms. This place is in the heart of Rome, perfectly located for a city/shopping trip. All the areas were clean and we loved our stay there. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone travelling to Rome. It's very small, with just 4 rooms. It is brand-new and just opened in the fall of 2013. When we had an issue with the mattress being too hard the manager addressed it right away by putting a soft cover on it. The street has hardly any cars which is nice but there is a restaurant right below so you will need to close the windows to sleep.
