  The service from all the staff was excellent. From the initial confirmation email asking us if they could help with transfer services, what kind of pillows we wanted, sound dock for iphone, etc. We asked for them to arrange a car to pick us from the airport at 6.00am Arriving at the hotel we were greeted like famiily friends, offered coffees as th... wat mensen zeggen » ey completed the paperwork. To our surprise they offered to check us in early and also upgraded our room to a Junior suite.The service was at all time - The location could not have been better; 2 minutes from the Duomo and Galleria Victor Emanuel. The Metro and tram are literally just outside the door and the building is easy to find when returning from a busy day. The staff was most attentive and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable.. The lighting in the room was superb and counter/table space was plentiful, even in the bathroom. The bathroom: WOW. Separate shower and soaking tub. First class amenities including bath salts

  The location was number 1, followed closely by a wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Every single person I met in the hotel was nice and they went out of their way to orient me in Milan. The rooms were modern and spotless. I have already reccomended La Madoninna to everyone that mentions possibly going to Milan. And the neighborhood had anything you might need around that - The Hotel La Madonnina is actually one of the best hotels where i was. It is located just 100m from Duomo, very good connected to lines of public transportation. Design of hotel and rooms is ergonomic and comfortable. Fascilities include air-conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi free of charge, fridge, safe. The bed is very cozy, whippy and silent. Everything is clean (floor, towels etc).   The location is THE unique selling point of this hotel, it's within a couple of minutes walk of the Duomo etc. Always felt very safe as it's on a busy street. Perfect to be able to drop off shopping between purchases, take an afternoon siesta or pop out late in the evening for a nightcap, gelato or a stroll around central Milan.   It appears to be the bestest accomodation we had during our whole trip to Europe. Nicely decorated and tremendously clean. From the bed to the toilet.
