  The location of this B&B is fantastic, and so are the views from the balcony. The first thing that I noticed as soon as I entered the apartment was its atmosphere and cleanliness. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen, so you can make your meals there if you want. Although at first he did not speak much English, we managed to communica - We loved our stay at the Simonetta B&B. Although a little difficult to locate at first, Simonetta Gianni met us in the square and promptly took our luggage to the top floor of a B&B in the heart of Sienna with wonderful views of rooftops and the tower. The location is great, but if you're sensitive to noise and care about the quality of your sleep then make sure you're not getting the street view room. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, I wo - If you want to feel the atmosphere of a small, typical medieval city, this hotel gives you everything you need. Located on a narrow street, it is part of the fine city-fabric and is right next to the main square. The staff is great, ready to help, polite and friendly. I even got a 120€ parking ticket and they helped me reduce it to 40€. Hats down to you guys.
