  The hotel is in 3 minutes by foot from the Termini metro and bus station. There are just four rooms for guests in the apartment, so I faced only once one of my neighbours, and I could easily go to my bathroom just in towel without fear to be seen. The room is equipped with hairdryer, fridge, heater and airconditioner. The host woman Flora is an am... wat mensen zeggen » azing person, so kind, open and friendly! She cleans all herself, gives us water and sweets. - Flora, the owner, was incredibly friendly. We felt like staying with our own Italian family. Whatever we asked her for (boil hot water for tea or recommend some places to visit etc) she immediately did. The fridge in our room was also a great asset. If I go to Rome again soon, I will definitely try and stay there.

  Vriendelijk personeel, hotel was betaalbaar, schone lakens - I had a Bad day in Rome... and then I was greeted here by a smiling happy helpful Barbara and my dat changed. Clean and bright rooms with fridge tv aircon toiletries the woeks and for a great price. Such a great location 3 mins walk from Termini . Surrounding the place are restaur... wat mensen zeggen » ants and shops and a supermarket nearby. The place was really clean and Barbara helped me do things cheaper in Rone with her knowledge. I found a gem of Rome.Thanks! - First and foremost the place is quite affordable. We went there quite late and the staff there were happy to stay back waiting for us which I thought was very nice of them. We were put through a thorough background check which put us off at first but completely understood why in the end. Its for our safety as well as theirs. Its quite convenient being close to Termini Station. And don't expect the breakfast to be grand for the price.

We read a few complaints about the breakfast but it didnt bother us as it was so cheap we would manage. When we got there The staff were so lovely and efficient. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed and valued as a resident at the hotel. It was clean and up to date. The rooms were functional but not tiny and enabled a relaxing evening after a long day walking around Rome. The breakfast, continental style was lovely and plenty of it. WiFi was free and it allows for skyping friends and family at home. Altogether a wonderful experience for a city hotel, great value for money.

It's on the 4th floor of the building, it just has 4 rooms so you have a very personal attention. Simple, clean room, powerful wifi signal, TV, AC, room fridge, modern bathroom and shower, etc. Would have stayed longer if I could.

There is also a very basic, usable kitchen so you can reheat ready-made food. Good for a short stay. - The location of the apartman was perfect. It is very close to the famous places, you can walk to the Colosseum, Forum, etc. The surround of the accomodation seems to be dangerous but it is nothing to worry about there is a lot of tourists and hotels.The rumanian boy was very polite and helpful.
