  Myself and my boyfriend were looking for a cheap but clean ad nice place to stay close to the attractions in Rome.. This hotel also included breakfast in the stay was a major plus. We read a few complaints about the breakfast but it didnt bother us as it was so cheap we would manage. When we got there The staff were so lovely and efficient. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed and valued as a resident at the hotel. It was clean and up to date. The rooms were functional but not tiny and enabled a relaxing evening after a long day walking around Rome. The breakfast, continental style was lovely and plenty of it. WiFi was free and it allows for skyping friends and family at home. Altogether a wonderful experience for a city hotel, great value for money.

Clean and bright rooms with fridge tv aircon toiletries the woeks and for a great price. Such a great location 3 mins walk from Termini . I found a gem of Rome.Thanks! - First and foremost the place is quite affordable. We went there quite late and the staff there were happy to stay back waiting for us which I thought was very nice of them. We were put through a thorough background check which put us off at first but completely understood why in the end. Its for our safety as well as theirs. Its quite convenient being close to Termini Station. And don't expect the breakfast to be grand for the price.

  The hotel is in 3 minutes by foot from the Termini metro and bus station. There are just four rooms for guests in the apartment, so I faced only once one of my neighbours, and I could easily go to my bathroom just in towel without fear to be seen. She cleans all herself, gives us water and sweets. - Flora, the owner, was incredibly friendly. We felt like staying with our own Italian family. Whatever we asked her for (boil hot water for tea or recommend some places to visit etc) she immediately did. The fridge in our room was also a great asset. If I go to Rome again soon, I will definitely try and stay there.

  Location, location, location - literally across the road from Roma Termini Station (note that you have to check in/collect key @ a hotel 5 mins' further away - staff will escort you to the rooms from there). There is also a very basic, usable kitchen so you can reheat ready-made food. Good for a short stay. - The location of the apartman was perfect. It is very close to the famous places, you can walk to the Colosseum, Forum, etc. The surround of the accomodation seems to be dangerous but it is nothing to worry about there is a lot of tourists and hotels.The rumanian boy was very polite and helpful.

Service was first class and the room was always very clean.You only really use the room at night as you are out all day anyway -so on that basis the hotel was perfect for that purpose!
