  This is a wonderful small hotel. We had a fantastic room with view of San Marco. Very luxurious decor, and really nice staff. Highly recommendable! (Didn't try the breakfast) - Excellent room, clean and elegant. Very friendly

With only the map provided from their website I went straight from the St. Mark's vaporetto stop (from the airport) to the B&B with no wrong turns.   We stayed at this hotel during our honeymoon and it was perfect. We stayed in the superior room. The room is very big. It has two floors with bed n the second floor. The design is very stylish, the room and the hotel are very clean. The reception was very welcoming and the owner, Valerio, was very helpful. This was the best hotel during our stay in Italy. We recom - Super close to Plaza San Marco, provided maps to easily find the hotel in such a maze of a city. The hotel smelled wonderfully, always clean, modern and homey type feel to it. The staff were super attentive and helpful to all our needs, making suggestions which were very helpful. The breakfast was great!!!! Unexcpected and delicious, there is great wifi in the room. The hotel is just simply beautiful, modern but very comfortable
