This is a wonderful small hotel. We had a fantastic room with view of San Marco. Very luxurious decor, and really nice staff. Highly recommendable! (Didn't try the breakfast) -

Staff was very friendly and helpful, communicate well in English. The location is excellent, very close to St Mark's square and boat stations. Almost equidistant from two Boat stations making it very convenient to take shortest boat trips depending on one's destination. -

Very nice clean room in the center of Venice. We got map and the hotel
owner told us, where should we go, recommended some restaurants.... The
breakfast was also nice, served in the room: coffee, juice, buns,
croissant/muffin, butter, jam, cheese, joghurt. We, two girls, liked

Nice, cosy room with air conditioning. We had very friendly staff who told us where good local restaurants and tourist attractions were. The best thing about this hotel was the location, very close (5 minute walk) from St Mark's Square. Considering this, the price per night was also pretty good value

Location was amazing, everything is right at the doorstep - shops, watertaxis, a perfect location. Staff were lovely and friendly, super helpful. The room and furniture is beautiful Venetian design. The bed was so comfortable, which is very important after a long day of shopping and sightseeing, so we slept well. I would definitely stay here again as it made our whole experience of Venice even more special. There is no lift in the hotel but don't let this put you off - we had 2 suitcases at 25k

will get lost (I got delightfully lost several times), but I thought
Residenza La Loggia was super easy to find. With only the map provided
from their website I went straight from the St. Mark's vaporetto
stop (from the airport) to the B&B with no wrong turns.

The hotel is just off main walking alley Calle dei Fabbri some 4 minutes north from San Marco. The distance between houses on opposite side in this area are tiny co do not expect any view from your window. If you do not mind this then Residenza la Loggia might be just the right place for your stay. Super close to Plaza San Marco, provided maps to easily find the hotel
in such a maze of a city. The hotel smelled wonderfully, always clean,
modern and homey type feel to it. The staff were super attentive and
