  iedereen was erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig/ very friendly , helpfull and english speaking people at reception and restaurant,very nice to the children in the hotel.we had a great breakfast and diner - Prachtig uitzicht, een feestelijk ontbijt en heerlijke deserts na het diner!! Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

  Very good customer service by the reception staff particularly Chiara. Most of the time, she is manning the reception by herself and delivers excellent job professionally with friendly manner. It helped me to be relaxed in a strange city. Her English is excellent and did her best to explain. All questions asked were answered being new in Genoa. I made my return trip to Le Spezia and explored Cinque Terre - Riomaggior - The best Holiday Inn hotel that I ever stayed in . Everything is fantastic and it is underrated, in comparison it can take over many, many 5* hotels. I normally not writing reviews after my holidays (only if it was really bad or excellent... ) but this hotel and all his staff are deserved a lot more than my words!! Congratulation! I promised myself that next time I will stay in Genoa in the same hotel without a doubt and I hope for more than a night... It's location is perfect for those which

  This is not your everyday Best Western! The hotel is new, modern, clean, classy and comfortable. You would think you were in a more expensive hotel. The staff is professional, friendly, and competent. The room was very comforable. I ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were very good. It is a short bus or taxi ride to the center of Genoa from the hotel. Easy to - The concierge Gloria was most helpful. When my son missed his flight she was very comforting and provided a room for the next night with no problem. The hotel was within walking distance to great shopping and a fantastic and reasonably priced restaurant. The breakfast was outstanding as were the shower and beds. I also appreciated the free drive from the airport to the hotel as taxis are outrageously expensive.
