  Staff was amazing. We really felt treated as part of the family yet having privacy. Very nice breakfast with bellissimo cappuccino. It was ideally located just off the beach. Very comfortable bed. Good water pressure of the shower. Beautiful bedroom with balcony overlooking the garden. For us it was a perfect vacation. - Staff was awesome! Beach perfect 100 yards from our terrace. Town was fun!

  Above all the service was probably the best we have ever experienced. Sharon's thoughtfulness and attention to the small details were apparent everywhere. Even to the supplying of a wash line outside the bathroom window so that you could wash and dry clothes quickly. We used that a lot as we had been travelling in Italy for a week before we arrive... wat mensen zeggen » d in Tropea at a night here and couple there so had a lot of clothes that rquired washing. They supply flip flps and beach towels for the beach which - Sadly we stayed only one night had we known how lovely the room and the hosts were we most definitely would have stayed longer. This is a gem not to be missed. Best breakfast so far, lovely room and our hosts could not have done any more for us if they tried. Super city location we went to a super restaurant called La Lamia - not to be missed. Should we return here this is where we will stay for the duration of our break. Best wishes to the young owners they have got it right.

  One of my favorite hotels ever! The attention to detail is amazing from the rooms to the gardens to the perfect breakfast every morning on the terrace. The staff is warm and friendly and the location and view are incredible. - Very quiet ( almost monastic).It even has a cloister. Pleasant gardens and terraces.   The waiting staff were great reception not v friendly and we had to get them to change our room as two singles. Thought the food generally was v basic to poor and the wine was indrinkable. We were all inclusive and it was v much catered to large party of German tourists who were staying when we visited.   We really enjoyed our stay at the Residenza Casale San Fransesco. The apartment was very cozy and welcoming. The fact that we could sit outside as well as inside was a big plus. It's a beautiful building with a fantastic view, it has basic kitchen facilities (enough to be able to make breakfast, coffee, etc) and it's not too far from Tropea (a 10 ... wat mensen zeggen » minute walk). We got offered champagne and some antipasti upon arrival and I got a chance to see the family room and suite. They were absolutely gorge - A newly and beautifully fitted out apartment with a separate bedroom for the children. Just a 10 minute walk into the centre of Tropea so a perfect location for both the town and to explore the area which is stunning. The apartments are part of a small castle with thick stone walls which help keep them cooler but still bright and airy. Highly recommended.
