  We're just back from only 1 night's stay at this fabulous country house. We arrived on Saturday afternoon to a welcome from Conor, who immediately guessed who we were before we even introduced ourselves! It seemed like he was eagerly awaiting our arrival!. We were immediately impressed with the location, stunning house & beautiful gardens even... wat mensen zeggen » though it was quite a cold but beautifully sunny April afternoon, Conor immediately began advising us to get out and about, exciting us with all the - Bridget and Conor were very welcoming upon arrival at Gleannn Fia Country House. The grounds are beautiful, nestled along a babbling stream in a very peaceful, serene and quiet setting. Aftternoon tea was a special treat, as were the delicious breakfasts. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Conor's suggestions and directions for our trip along the Ring of Kerry were outstanding - including the recommendation to have pancakes (crepes) at Strawberry Field (they were to die

  Anne and Finbar were exceptional hosts following an adventureous and spectaclur drive from Kenmare around the Ring of Kerry. Upon arrival they were warm, friendly and supportive in helping us trouble shoot our damaged rental car and arrange for a replacement. This could have been a great hardship, yet they both went out of their way to ensure we h... wat mensen zeggen » ad a relaxing and peaceful evening before heading to the Dingle Peninsula. The breakfast was also excellent comparable to those of our most expensive - This a is gem of a place! The location is great, right by the river and close to the town and all its amenities and has ample parking. Our room looked out over the river and had a delightful sitting area, was comfortable and very clean. Anne and her husband are wonderful hosts and full of local information should you need it. Great location for driving the Ring of Kerry and Dingle peninsula etc. Breakfast was great too - if you are looking to stay in this area you won't do better.

  Brian was lovely. We arrived late around 9pm due to getting slightly lost on our way down and he offered to give us with some bread and butter etc to have a bite to eat since we were very tired and hungry. Helped us get settled in and showed us DVD's etc that we could use if we wanted to. Really nice spot and perfect to stay for the night to then ... wat mensen zeggen » drive to Dingle the next day and see the peninsula. - Brian and Beate were so sweet. I called to say I was running late for check in and they had no issue waiting for us to arrive. We were traveling with a baby and they offered to set up a baby bed for us. Breakfast was excellent. The atmosphere was so warm it made us feel right at home!

  Loved staying at Sraid Eoin House! The hosts, Maurice and Kathleen are the nicest people, and they made our stay in Dingle a very pleasant one. The B&B is conveniently located in town center - easy to get to from the bus stop at the quay - be sure to follow "The Mall" street right up the hill in town, rather than going the long way down the ma... wat mensen zeggen » il road and up the long hill to the far end of John Street). B&B is at the intersection of John Street (Sraid Eoin), which continues from Main Str - Sraid Eoin House is in a lovely town with shops and pubs, for the total Ireland experience. A highlight was hearing traditional music every night. Our hosts were helpful in directing us towards activities of interest, and the guest house was well located and comfortable.   Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean and nice. The staff lent me an electrical adapter when mine would not work quite right in the outlet. Directions and advice about laundry were great!! Centrally located made this a great option. I had recent knee surgery and appreciated the fact that there is an elevator. The food was ... wat mensen zeggen » good and reasonably priced. The live music was also a plus. - Room was one of the best we had in Ireland. We had a triple and the room was large as was the bathroom. Recent upgrades and very functional for guests. Elevator made it very easy. Didn't hear any noise from late night bar singing. Super location right in the middle of Kenmare. Parking was easy on the street right outside hotel.

  We stayed in the self contained apartment adjoining the house and were greeted with tea and biscuits on arrival. Joan and her helpers couldn't be more welcoming and easy going. The place was both spotless and comfy in equal measures. Some highlights were the memory foam mattress, large bath room, great breakfast, value for money and offer to sleep... wat mensen zeggen » on as long as we liked the next morning! - We had wonderful time. Joan is very kind,very good to give advice and treat everyone like special guest. We got bigger room with king bed. Room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast very nice. Very happy with location. It 2 min drive from Killarney,not too close to all crowd. Really nice. We'll be back for sure.

  This was by far the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Our hosts Lillian and Dom were amazing. They went out of their way for us, and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was charming and spotless. The Irish breakfast was very good, and I had the pancakes which were really fantastic.
