I had a very enjoyable experience on a weekend in Cork with my friends. We found the Ashley Hotel to be a great spot to stay right in the centre, close to all the best, high-street shops. My room was nice, very clean and bright, had a comfortable double bed, although I booked a single room for myself. Hotel's car park is a great advantage. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful and welcoming. We will stay there again when coming to Cork in the future.
Nothing
I had a very enjoyable stay at the Ashley. Me and my friend stayed there in January, we got a lovely room-very clean, due to the recent renovations. We had a nice breakfast. The location was fantastic.
Neat and confortable even the building and facilities are old. EXcellent all staffs are so friendly and lovely. They close the door shutters at 11:00 pm and later we must call nightporter to open the door. It seems good for security reason in the location.
Fantastic cleanness of room
In opposite side of street is a bar - very, very noisy in weekend nights
Location and friendlines of staff
Problem with warm water from cold tap
It is very near city centre and bus station. Located at a very quiet street
Good location, not far from the center and bus station; however musicbars across the street can be noisy on a weekend night
The building doesn't look too good on the outside, however the room wasgood. The continental breakfast paid separately wasn't impressive, Ishould have tried an Irish one at the surrounding pubs.
The sweets on the counter, the location, generous bedding provision
the smell in the room, not being able to put our passports in the safe because the manger wasn't there at the time.
Large comfortable room right in city centre
I think that for the price I paid breakfast should have been included
