We liked everything! There was a warm welcome on reception and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Being relatively cheap compared to BnBs nearby we were expecting basic but everything we could want was provided, including towels and tea and coffee sachels on arrival. We all (4 of us) slept well with no complaints about the beds or the rooms

Either letsbookhotel.com made an error in booking the room or i did, but the room was only booked for one person somehow instead for 2 persons. I can't praise Lisadell house highly enough. Upon arrival we were given the warmest and friendliest of greetings which instantly put us at ease. The room was bright, clean and warm. Nice little ensuite too. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and served with a bit of banter. Excellent value for money and we would absolutely stay there again.

From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable and welcome. I had called ahead to ask if our room could be ready earlier than normal check in time to enable us to freshen up and change for a wedding after travelling by car from Dublin and this was readily and reliably arranged.
