Excellent hotel inside, outside is not good but then nowhere outside in Delhi is very good. Don't be put off by the outside appearence of the hotel--when you go inside it's a transformation. Business room was a good size (HUGE bed!) and with fridge & safe in the room.
Breakfast was a good mix of Western & local dishes. Freshly made omelettes were delicious.
Staff friendly, efficient & helpful.
Security on the door was a positive.
Location was good too - close to Connaught Place & good for getting our bearings in New Delhi. It's also not too far from Old Delhi. It's also close to a key metro station.

Fast check-in, offered help with luggage (unlike the Radisson the week before). Plenty of bottled water in room, fresh lillies in room, request for room with bath met. Room scrupulously clean, modern decor, quiet at night so slept well. Extensive room service menu, food arrived promptly and was delicious. Breakfast buffet very tasty as well. Staff all helpful.

This is a great place for business customers like me the staff went out of their way to be helpful to obtain services, like SIM card and product stands I required for an Expo that I was presenting at. The Taxi driver they supplied spoke good English and found all our needs and helped build up our stand at the Expo, I will use this hotel again thats for sure.
