  The hotel was really comfortable the room, though small was very modern / contemporary with a lovely attached bathroom great walk in shower! Its being all rennovated si make sure you get the 3rd floor where the rooms are all just about done. I really loved the hotel and was a perfect location as we were travelling onwards by train and its a 5 ... wat mensen zeggen » min walk to the station. - We mentionned in our reservation to get one of the renovated rooms in the 4th floor and were lucky enough to get it. Not too big but very stilish and with flat screen - nicest room of our budget trip through India. The situation is very close to railway and bus station. Nice restaurants nearby and walking distance to sights.

  We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting friends in Mumbai & some sight-seeing. We loved it. Modern, huge rooms, great TV safe. It was a busy hotel, but they served people well. Their older style lift was sweet & always a man to operate. The cleaning staff were also very caring. It was a great spot & the front door staff were wonderful & so friendly. The - Lovely hotel with excellent rooms at a great price. Maybe the softest bed I've ever been in! The staff were excellent, really helpful, gave me advice on the local area and helped me get some IPL tickets. Good location about 50 meters from Marine Drive

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped us with a few problems (not with the hotel). - Location - right in the centre of old Mumbai 400m from Gate of India.   The location is brilliant, right on the coast with amazing views down Marine Drive. Easily walkable to sights of Mumbai and India Gate with places to eat nearby. Internet was a cost but reasonably (100Rs an hour) and the room has satellite tv. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. (They also knew to give us Westnerners toile... wat mensen zeggen » t paper). The room was a good size and it had a safe. The reception staff were very accommodating, letting us check in early when we got off the nig - Quick check-in, friendly staff and service. Rooms are clean and livable though not luxurious but for the money in Churchgate area is excellent value. Will recommend friends. If more items are on breakfast meny, like south Indian dishes will be great!

Close to Pizza on the bay, for b/l/d - the staff was friendly not greedi kind. location was good. parking of the car was comfirtable. bfast was served v good. i like the place.
