  Staff were very helpful in telling me how to get to various sights around city. Had IT guy come to my room when WiFi didn't work. Close to Pizza on the bay, for b/l/d - the staff was friendly not greedi kind. location was good. parking of the car was comfirtable. bfast was served v good. i like the place.

  The location is brilliant, right on the coast with amazing views down Marine Drive. Easily walkable to sights of Mumbai and India Gate with places to eat nearby. Internet was a cost but reasonably (100Rs an hour) and the room has satellite tv. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. (They also knew to give us Westnerners toile... wat mensen zeggen » t paper). The room was a good size and it had a safe. The reception staff were very accommodating, letting us check in early when we got off the nig - Quick check-in, friendly staff and service. Rooms are clean and livable though not luxurious but for the money in Churchgate area is excellent value. Will recommend friends. If more items are on breakfast meny, like south Indian dishes will be great!

  The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. There were so many personal touches that it is is impossible to mention them all! Location is fantastic for the sea, restaurants, colaba etc. the room was in pristine condition with many complimentaries on arrival. Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much ... wat mensen zeggen » trouble. There is also a pool and spa facilities which I unfortunately did not gt the chance to try. I would 100% recommend the Trident! - This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely. Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

  We arrived late at night, at a sister hotel and were immediately transferred to the Oberoi with complete efficiency. The facilities and food were 1st class and the staff were outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - Nice spa! Luxurious rooms - even in their lowest tier of rooms. Friendly staff.
