Staff are super helpful and friendly . By far the most beautiful hotel I've ever experienced, dripping in history and stories from the past.   It's my first time to visit Jaipur with my wife. Very nice hotel with close distance from the Airport (only 5 minutes). Also, the staff there are very friendly, particularly Devender who works for the restaurant and gives us lots of travelling advice.   We stayed in the Jai Mahal for 2 nights in late September and were upgraded to one of their best suites - the Gangaur. It was simply wonderful and we also enjoyed the choice of two terraces overlooking the grounds, the pool and the excellent service in the restaurants.
