  De eigenaresse van het hotel was zeer gastvrij en deed steeds haar uiterste best het ons en de kinderen naar de zin te maken. Wij vonden 4 sterren meer bij dit hotel passen dan 3. - Onthaal, ruime kamers. de keuken van het hotel.

  Location is nice, especially the bungalows which are on the beach. The bungalows although were outdated were very clean with an excellent view on the sea. The staff was very friendly and polite.   Hotel with beautiful design you would not expect in a p,ace the size of Sparta. Relatively but very well equipped rooms. And the only one of the 3 business hotels in the centre of Sparta with a (modest) swimming pool. If you are lucky there is still some street parking left in front of the hotel. There was very little to do for us in Sparta, but i... wat mensen zeggen » f you have to be here, then I would say the Menelaion is a good choice. - My husband and I have stayed here 6 times before, and we were pleased overall. Now, with the recent renovations modernizing the rooms, we were even more pleased. It's classy, peaceful, and perfectly located in Sparta. We will continue to stay here every time we visit relatives in Sparta.

There is also a bus that passes by the hotel every one hour going straight into the town centre which is very handy!
