  We are a not so young couple traveling around Crete on our vacation. This a small nice family run hotel located inside the village of Malia. We liked that the hotel is very close to all the venues in the village. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They make you fell that you are part of the family. The hotel was ex - Staying at the malia mare was amazing!! we had the best time! We are a big family of 8 people and haven't had a vacation like this in a long time. Housekeeping even washed our dishes and got clean towels every day. Short drive to grocery store to buy food and supplies. You definitely need a car for this location.

It is a small boutique hotel with a good spa shop and friendly atmosphere. And there is George, the owner of the hotel bar. I have to say that this guy really made our holidays.
