  Incredible place! Barbara and her staff made our stay absolutely wonderful - we hated to leave! Our room was beautifully decorated in traditional Bavarian style and our room had a breathtaking view of the Alps. The food was fantastic (beer, too!) and the nightly entertainment was the icing on the cake. Can't wait to go back again. The staff was warm and helpful. The location was fantastic, right near everything so that we didn't need to take the car anywhere.

  This hotel should be rated a 5 star. Absolutely the most beautiful and comfortable place to stay in the world. The owner was the friendlyest man. We were accommodated in a nice appartment with kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large sitting room. The rooms are modern but in a distinctive bavarian style with carved timber and nice dinig area.

We were given information and directions to the places we wanted to visit.We booked a room for 3 for myself and my 2 children and we had a very nice and roomy 2 bedroom suite on the first floor.   Owner was extremely nice and the room overlooked the Alps. It was also conveniently located and within walking distance of downtown. - The place was very clean and close to the main square in Garmisch, which meant having a beer or so was not a problem. The staff was also very nice and the rooms though small were very comfortable.
