  The staff was very friendly and even though we weren't suppose to get our room until 3 pm, the front desk made an effort so we could get it sooner (at 11am). And in the room they had brought in a nice baby bett with covers and everything. Since our baby was sick at dinner time we could not go down to the restaurant to eat, but the waiter just brou... wat mensen zeggen » ght the food to our room. Very delicious food - the breakfast was also very good. We will definitely be back. - Location location location!!! The hotel is situated in the historical part of Garmish and you have all bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sauna is fabulous with an astonishing view from the window. Also we did like the breakfast.

  Excellent location in the middle of the city, with great parking in the back of the hotel. We had a family room, which were two double rooms with shared hall and shared bathroom. Ideal for our family. We had a lovely balcony with evening sun, facing Germany's highest mountain, Zugspitze. Stunning view. Very nice waiter from Romania. - This was the neatest place we stayed, and is really what I had envisioned about Bavaria. Quaint and well maintained building. Adjoining family rooms were big and were perfect for us and two grown kids. Great view from balcony. Very quiet and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great. Very good restaurant, both dinner and breakfast. Just good all around. Enjoyed it.

  Incredible place! Barbara and her staff made our stay absolutely wonderful - we hated to leave! Our room was beautifully decorated in traditional Bavarian style and our room had a breathtaking view of the Alps. The food was fantastic (beer, too!) and the nightly entertainment was the icing on the cake. Can't wait to go back again. The staff was warm and helpful. The location was fantastic, right near everything so that we didn't need to take the car anywhere.

  The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious, I would even go as far as calling it huge, we had a triple room. The windows were large and the view was beautiful, we could see the mountains still covered in snow. Facilities were modern, the bathroom was well equiped and the personeel was pleasant. The breakfast was very good and room was clean and a great view. The town was off the scale - beautiful. Perfect location - could walk to take the train to the Zugspitze. Breakfast was great!

  We had a wonderful stay at the apartment on our February Ski Holiday; it ticks all our boxes for size, cleanliness and location with a wonderful host who is happy to help. Highly recommend. - I was very happy to stay at this place and will stay here again, forsure!

  Terrific location, at the end of one of the two walking platz in GAP. Restaurants close, city center very close. Free Parking in the back (nice extra), terrific internet quality in my room. Staff was very friendly, understood my broken Deutche and vise versa. The woman was always cheerful and willing to help with anything she could. I injured my knee and needed to go to the emergency room and she offerred to drive me there! The room was not fancy, but was decent and clean. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was pleasant. I would definately stay here again.

  The views were outstanding - 2nd floor; the apartment was very cozy - home from home! We extended 1 more night because we liked it soooo much. The two double bedrooms were OPPOSITE each other - not next to each other - which was great so more privacy. Dishwasher, modern coffee machine and fully equipped kitchen; towels/linen provided. Really great for two couples, one couple with one or two children or even one couple with mother-(in-law) (:- - The apartment is located within easy walking distance of the town center. I went for BMW Motorrad Days and was able to walk to the event site which is out of town(half hour). The owners live in the building and are very helpful but not in the least intrusive. Free parking is available. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and is perfect for two solo travelers or two couples travelling together. Free internet. Fast connection. Good for Skype. Tap water was good for drinking.
