  The hotel is very near to MarienPlatz and the food market. In front is the very nice and huge supermarket with German deliciousness. The room was a bit small, but high tech. Clean, neat, I was on the fourth floor overlooking the street. Super fast Internet. The breakfast wow was so wonderful, variety of cheese, sausages, fish,bread, juice, hot dis... wat mensen zeggen » hes and many more. Also I had two bottles of bear and two bottles of water free in my room. Near the reception desk you can find water, fresh fruit an - The location of the hotel is excellent. Very easy walk to many sights and both U & S stations. Easy to get from airport, many good restaurants nearby. Beds are very comfortable, room very clean, breakfast selection also very good. Management cleared up a dispute over a broken light switch to our satisfaction. Front desk staff all very friendly and helpful.

  I am extremely positively impressed by the behavior of the entire staff who checked me in and checked me out of the hotel. Furthermore, the Hotel General Manager Mr. Kayhan Kilit handling with my requests and complaint was extremely impressive and more than satifactory. The Breakfast spread was wow. I specifically like the concept of 'The Market' , which is a good replacement to the minibar. But in my check out bill there was an extra charge for breakfast for two (i never had a breakfast in the hotel ) so when i said it must be a mistake the guy from the reception apologized and remove it from my bill immediately. Location to prime areas (specifically the main train station and Marienplatz) are very good, but there are many hotels in the area that provide the same locale. Parking is 18 Euro per day but not always available. Food (breakfast especially) is ridiculously overpriced, but makes getting it an easy decision as there are so many breakfast options nearby at a very reasonable
