  very helpful and friendly staff. excellent facilities. We had a lovely snug self catering suite which was perfect for me and my son on our recent mountain biking trip. Use of garage, workshop and bike wash facilities was a real bonus. Pool nad jacuzzi was sooooo nice after a hard day spanking the trails. Excellent breakfast, great choice and l... wat mensen zeggen » ots of food to set you up for the day. We've stayed in many locations in the alps over the years but I'd definatly like to think we'll be back . Thank - The staff were very friendly making us very welcome. Breakfast was an extra at 10 euros but loads of variety and nobody in our group ate again until the evening. lounge area with open fire was very welcoming and the bedrooms are well thought out and modern. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

  This hotel is one of the best hotels I stayed in ever. First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing... right in the middle of the city center and very close to everything. There were all kinds of shops and supermarkets footsteps away. The view of the hotel is unreal.... you can see the entire Mont Blanc mountain from the window. The rooms ar... wat mensen zeggen » e small yet very efficient, as I never felt stuck anywhere, plus they are very nicely and modernly decorated. The breakfast was really good with lots - Great hotel in a superb location. Staff are the best! We got terrific tips for day trips, restaurants and always, always a friendly smile. We felt as if were were at home. The spa after hiking and sightseeing is excellent! Rooms are beautiful and so tastefully decorated. Breakfast is 12 Euros and well worth it--delicious!! Can't say enough about the top service and staff--go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We'll be back! Room 102 is magnifique with view of Mont Blanc and balcony.

  The restaurant was one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of eating in! Helpful and friendly staff. Modern comfortable and clean fresh room with superb views. Ski in and out (if you turn left out of hotel) - Room in the lodge part of hotel very good with own small pool, sauna and hammam. Good breakfast selection. Friendly but reserved staff.

  The hotel was lovely,old style, quiet,wooden and warm and cosy. The food was really delicious every night, quite a high standard and the staff very friendly. Very clean.

  Very cosy hotel, great spa (with mountain view :)), great location - 2 min walking to the centre of the town yet very quiet. Personnel is extremely helpful though not all of them speak English. As we were arriving late reception was closed yet clear instructions how to get in had been sent prior so it was not a problem. Plus some snacks & a bo... wat mensen zeggen » ttle of champagne was arranged in the room (as we had requested in our comments while booking). Absolutely worth staying there! - The location was excellent and great views over the village and mountain. The room was very clean, with modern decoration, a bit small but we had few luggage so didn't mind. There is also a small but well equipped spa which you can use, an add-on while you are staying at the hotel.

  Comfortable room with balcony and fabulous views of the town and mountains - wondrous when it snowed I chose 1/2 board and both breakfast and evening meal generous and good quality. I am vegetarian and the chef really made an effort with my meals Great swimming pool & spa - excellent for after skiing and walking. Lovely traditional Alpine town... wat mensen zeggen » - reasonable proximity to the 2 main telecabins for mountain access - Friendly, warm, clean. Nice decor. Quad room was actually 2 rooms (1 bunk, 1 double) joined by an open doorway. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Easy walk to ski hire shop/town centre/slopes, but would be difficult in ski boots. Food of higher quality than expected. I would definitely consider staying here again.

  Excellent location - covenient for both the cable car and the village centre. Extremey friendly and helpful management and staff. Recently refurbed so had a new feel to it. Ski hire shop located below the hotel which offered discounts for hotel residents. - Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and very homely and welcoming feel

  We booked the hotel as it is situated on the Tour de France route and we asked if we could have a room with a balcony overlooking the route. Raphael could not have been more helpful and we had an excellent view of the entire race. Apart from the race, La Clusaz is a lovely place and the character of the hotel and the warm reception made our time w... wat mensen zeggen » onderful.
