  The staff were happy to help at all times, they recommended excellent local restaurants and facilities. The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean. I would recommend this to anyone wanting eas... wat mensen zeggen » y access to the ski slopes and withing walking distance to the village. - Excellent big room with comfortable beds and soundproofing (we had a room overlooking what was a busy road in the morning). Good situation for all local facilties. Wi-Fi worked fine. Free parking always available. Clean, functional hotel. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

  Lovely,quiet and beautiful location,really enjoyed our recent stay, will definitely go back, perhaps in the summer. We used it as a base for our ski holiday,resorts 20 mins (Sambuy)to approx 50 mins away( Grand Bornand and La Clusaz) - The balcony adjoining and overlooking the mountains (where we ate breakfast and dinner), the birds chirping ... wat mensen zeggen » everywhere (the house was surrounded by trees), the conveniences of a fully equipped kitchen, and the proximity to Lake Annecy.

  The room was immaculately clean. We went half board, and the food was pretty good quality both in the morning and the evenings. Fondue night on Tuesday was good fun, with lots of groups of people being mixed together, and a €3.50 per head for a bottomless wine glass was appreciated.   The restaurant was one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of eating in! Helpful and friendly staff. Modern comfortable and clean fresh room with superb views. Ski in and out (if you turn left out of hotel) - Room in the lodge part of hotel very good with own small pool, sauna and hammam. Good breakfast selection. Friendly but reserved staff.

  Excellent location - covenient for both the cable car and the village centre. Extremey friendly and helpful management and staff. Recently refurbed so had a new feel to it. Ski hire shop located below the hotel which offered discounts for hotel residents. - Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and very homely and welcoming feel
