  We stayed two nights in this beautiful and historic building by the harbour. After a delicious French breakfast, we enjoyed stepping out onto the cobblestones to explore the city by foot. If you are Canadian and a history buff, you will delight in this port where French mariners, including Samuel De Champlain, departed for the New World.   We loved the setting and the design of the hotel, and we had an excellent dinner there. The staff were delightful and I was touched to find a little bottle of perfume on my pillow. Extremely clean and very well equipped with Microwave, Cooker hob and dishwasher. We had a bathroom and shower room and a very comfortable bedroom. Cannot fault the accommodation.

From the moment we stepped in to the charming courtyard, we could tell it was wonderful, and then when we stepped inside the door, we were immediately taken aback by the beautiful and warm ambience. Honfleur is 15 minutes away and the most charming town not to be missed.

  For the most part, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious by European standards and impeccably clean. Value for money for the room was great via letsbookhotel.com as the advertised rate at the hotel was considerably more. Our dogs were welcomed without any fee. The hotel does well to accommodate people who need/want a late meal. - Convenient location just outside the town. Local supermarkets for shopping. The staff were very helpful, excellent rooms and breakfast and very good parking. Wifi worked very well, a rare benefit from our trip. Excellent value for money.
