  I liked the hotel and I like Best Western chain in general. Reception is open 24/7 (which is not a must in Finland at all), breakfast is good, the room was big enough and comfy enough, wi-fi was functioning. Closer to 4 stars I'd say. We parked for free right next to the entrance for free over the weekend. - I have been staying at this hotel for several years and enjoyed it. The hotel offers spa, healthy food both for breakfast and at the restaurant, splendid interior design. The staff is responsible and polite. It takes you 20 minutes by bus to the centre.   We stayed on the "Sunborn Princess" Yacht, in a room with a balcony and a nice view. The place was clean and neat, yet some facilities were updated for a five-star hotel. For instance, the old TV. Well, it is true that while going on holiday one does not watch too much TV, yet my five-year old son wanted to watch a cartoon channel - none!   Superbly restored luxury finnish cruise ship dating back to the 1960'S. The cabins are as they were 50 years ago, with all the original furniture, carpets, lamps and so on. It's like staying in a living museum. Very authentic are also the two caffes and the breakfast restaurant.
