Reception is open 24/7 (which is not a must in Finland at all), breakfast is good, the room was big enough and comfy enough, wi-fi was functioning. Closer to 4 stars I'd say. We parked for free right next to the entrance for free over the weekend. - I have been staying at this hotel for several years and enjoyed it.   We stayed on the "Sunborn Princess" Yacht, in a room with a balcony and a nice view. The place was clean and neat, yet some facilities were updated for a five-star hotel. For instance, the old TV. Well, it is true that while going on holiday one does not watch too much TV, yet my five-year old son wanted to watch a cartoon channel - none!   The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice man who worked at reception even gave us bikes for a short ride for free. Room was very bright and clean, but quite chilly. Air conditioning worked very well, so after few hours the temperature was comfortable. It was nice to sit at the evening and watch the wild life in the forest.
