  I'm impressed for the kindness and friendly attitude of staffs. They are happy to give any help for you. And lounge and kitchen are easy to use and have communication with other tourists. The location is also good and can reach there by #4 Tram. - Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and reasonably quiet considering there is a t... wat mensen zeggen » ram line right outside the building. Loved the free tea and coffee, was very nice to come back from a busy day and sit down for a hot drink
