  Everything was perfect! From the moment we checked in, we were very pleased with the staff and how attentive they were to our needs. The room was quite large and very clean, the bathroom very modern (the tv was a nice touch!) and breakfast very delicious! The location, next to the harbour, was ideal for market and boat visits. I loved everything about this hotel ! - The location is the best in Helsinki right by the harbour. The hotel is a luxury boutique sized hotel. The rooms are large and very nicely appointed with big bathrooms. Ask for a harbour view room. It has a decent spa. The Havis restaurant and the very old Sundmans Krog brasserie are lovely. Overall this hotel is smart, with a lovely lounge and nice relaxed atmosphere. I am very choosy about hotels and Haven is thoroughly recommendable if you visit Helsinki...

  we hebben een goed verblijf gehad en het personeel heeft ons zeer goed geholpen - I am a very regular business traveller and I kow what to expect - they managed to exceed my expectations each day - lots of small things where they went "above and beyond" to make me feel welcome. Like I asked for a milk for the in-room tea and they had no sachets lef... wat mensen zeggen » t so they fetched me a jug of fresh milk from the restaurant; that kind of thing. Nice hotel, comfy bed, good welcome. - Excellent location, nice and big rooms, very nice and polite personnel.

  The location is superb; it's right next to central train station, and it's also the final stop of Finnair airport shuttle bus (30 min.ride; driver can take credit cards). If you're laying over at Helsinki with a late night flight, Holiday Inn is the best option, not to mention complimentary in-house sauna service. Oh! It's may be worthwhile to ... wat mensen zeggen » pay for breakfast at Holiday Inn restaurant on Sunday as restaurants open late (no earlier than 10am) at Helsinki for brunch on Sunday. The only exce - Location for attending the Flow Rock Festival (saw incredible Kraftwerk!!) and for bus travel to/from the airport was unbeatable. Right next to the main train station/metro and facing an open bus staion - yet without any of that sleaziness that infects European train/bus stations. Finns are just too nice to be sleazy and are also darn good-looking!!! They have to be the handsomest race I have ever or will ever see.

  I'm impressed for the kindness and friendly attitude of staffs. They are happy to give any help for you. And lounge and kitchen are easy to use and have communication with other tourists. The location is also good and can reach there by #4 Tram. - Staff were very nice and helpful. Loved the free tea and coffee, was very nice to come back from a busy day and sit down for a hot drink
