  My wife & I were pleasantly surprised at this small boutique hotel. It is located right in the middle of Prague's Old Town and close to Charles Bridge. All major attractions are within an easy walk (even for a pair of middle aged people). There are great restaurants right on the doorstep or again an easy walk to the square. Shopping is great! ... wat mensen zeggen » The room was spacious and as we were meeting our daughter in Prague - it provided privacy in a Family Suite. We would highly recommend the Aurus Hotel - The staff made Aurus. The girl on reception while we were there (Marina I think, 10th to 12th May) was absolutely brilliant. She was so helpful and seemed happy to help. It was a pleasure to deal with her. She deserves a big bonus as we'd recommend Aurus based on her welcoming and helpful nature! :) There was a little cleaning lady also who seemed very happy and nice.

  We called staff before coming and they arranged for pick-up from the train station without even asking. We arrived late and somebody met us at the door to let us in and gave the keys. The next day we went to the office to extend our stay because we really love the place and service.   Mary's Travel was thoroughly professional. The flat was clean and very comfortable. Despite the busy location on Karlovy, it was quiet because it faces the back. We used their transfer service. The hotel is small and very privates which is such a refreshing change from the big business hotels that feel cold and generic. Apartments were clean and comfortable. I would stay there again and I highly recommend it.

  We booked a three night stay at this beautiful hotel just before Christmas and it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Prague with both the old town and the new town on your doorstep. The hotel is unique with each room being individually designed and given it's own jewel name.
