  We loved the location...10 metres to the metro, 50 metres to Wenceslas Square, and only 20 minute walk to Old Town Square. The staff were the best part of our stay, very friendly, cheerful, helpful and not stand-offish in any way. Monica was a delight to know as she was there of help anyway she could, she obviously loves Prague and wants others to... wat mensen zeggen » get to know it better. She was so helpful when we booked a tour from a kiosk in the city and then got confused as to where to be picked up, she phon - Ideal situation near the Wenceslas place. At the exit of Mustek metro station (both lines a and b, no need for taxi from the airport). Line 22 station nearby on Narodni to get to the castle. Small reception where you can taste sweets with a cup of coffee or tea. A glass of wine (very good wine) too can be served. Not very expensive if you consider quality. Very good breakfast: a different salty meal was cooked every day. Plenty of fruit and pastries. Very large room and superb shower. Above all

  The receptionists were highly competent and helped us. It was not far from Vaczlavska square (5-10 minutes by walking).The room was not very large, but quiet comfortable, there were towels for each person. Spoons, forks, cups and knives were not the same, like they have stolen it from someone :) Also their exchange course from euro to czech crones... wat mensen zeggen » wasn't very good, they receive only czech crones. So we payed more than a price on booking. - The room was spacious and very clean. There were corner shops to provide for our self-catering breakfast. The facilities were adequate. The staff gave us advice whenever we sought it.

  Great, centrally located hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. We had a very large room with old and charming furniture/bed. The room was on the first floor with a view onto a busy pedestrian street which was great to watch passersby but perhaps if we stay another time we might request a room overlooking the quiet courtyard as it was pretty noisy f... wat mensen zeggen » rom the street at night and early morning. The courtyard is great for a quiet glass of wine and the breakfast is simple but everything you need. - The staff was very friendly and welcoming and they went out of their way to help us for things we needed. The location is perfect. The rooms were old style with the wood floors and antique furniture. It was clean and comfortable and very well taken care of. I would recommend this hotel to others and stay there again.
