  The location is fantastic: 5 minutes walk to Diocletian's Palace, but tucked around the back of a building and thus absolutely quiet. Central Split can be a raucous party scene, but Royal Suites is dead quiet, despite its proximity. The staff is also absolutely fantastic. They looked up ferry and bus times for us, bought our tickets, advised us... wat mensen zeggen » about unusual shopping needs--anything we needed help with, they were there. Someone also waited up for our arrival at 11 PM on a Sunday night. The - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Suites, which is ideally situated near the old town. The highlight was the outstanding attitude of the staff, who provided us with excellent advice and support. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, Tony, Tina and Lana. The room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed excellent breakfasts. We would certainly stay at the hotel again.

  Het is een heel leuk intiem hotel, de eigenaren en de mensen die er werken zijn heel aardig en behulpzaam. Je hoeft maar wat te vragen en je wordt onmiddellijk geholpen. - Het ontvangst, de kamer (netheid, inrichting, volledig nieuwe uitrusting, airco), het ontbijt. De flexibiliteit, beschikbaarheid en de vriendelijkheid van de eigenaars.

  Hotel is right on the pebble beach (didn't see any sand beaches whilst in Croatia). Excellent breakfast (included in room rate) served on covered terrace overlooking beach. The owner was very eager to please and did not charge us for lunch because of a mix-up with our reservation.   What I can tell to you....after a brief moment of bewilderment at the sight of the building (not looks good) we arrived in a luxurious room with a jacuzzi and light and sound therapy ... the gift of the hotel was a chilled bottle of champagne and crystal glasses ... cookies and fresh fruit. The very friendly staff, a great location, and all the re... wat mensen zeggen » st have meant that the holiday has ended with two magnificent days passed in this structure. To mention the care with which cuddle guests: at the requ - having had great difficulty finding a hotel in the centre to save on taxis and on wasting time we plumped for the authentics 'sister' rooms Palace Spa and although seemingly expensive so is the whole of Split . The room however was fantastic and yes it was in a bit of a grotty building however, if you are short on time , want a lovely room with all mod cons, an extremely helpful host, in the centre of Split then go for it.
