Very clean, all looked new and in excellent condition. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen outside on large terrace/balcony with plenty of seating and a lovely view of the sea across to Hvar. A nice touch was the provision of salt and pepper, sugar, vinegar and their own olive oil. Everthing, it was perfection.The owner met us at the harbour and drove us the short distance to the beach front property.The room which newly decorated to an immaculate standard had a balcony with table and chairs and far reaching views over the sea to Brac.Infront of the proprty there is a small beach with crystal clear water, perfect for small children.
This really is an idyllic place place for anyone wanting a peaceful spot not 500m from the beautiful harbour of Bol.

Amazingly clean and extremely friendly host. The location itself is right on the beach, you only have to exit from Villa Anka, make a few steps, and here you are on the beach! We stayed on a Studio (2+1) with all the kitchenware available, bathroom with good quality toiletries, air conditioning, a balcony with view both to the sea and mountain (Mt.Biokovo, which I recommend to have an ATV excursion on it). Villa Anka has a perfect location just 50 meters from the beach, but it is not noisy at all, so as it is built deap in garden. We had a small balcony with amazing view on mountains and sea. Tucepi central part near the sea with nice restaurants is about 3 minutes walk. The sea is perfectly clean with wonderful color of water. The owner is a very very pleasant woman who tried her best to make our stay in Anka perfect.

We liked everything about Villa Paulina although we actually stayed in Villa Lora which is just next door. Simply but beautifully furnished apartment with a balcony view which entranced us. The staff could not be more welcoming. Simple breakfast in well equipped eating area was very good. Although pool is small it was perfect for cooling dips after hard sessions of sunbathing on the comfortable loungers. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer - Brela is a perfect place to relax.

Rooms were very clean, spacious for 2 people and furnished really nicely almost as if in a hotel room. The kitchen -
Jurica, the apt owner, arranged for us to be collected from the ferry port and we were helped with our bags. He gave us some helpful info about the city and gave us a mobile so we could call him if we needed anything. He also offered to drive us to the airport for a reasonable amount.
The apartment was in an old building but had been renovated to an excellent standard.
It was in a very good location, close to the palace, riva and good restaurants.

Ankica was so welcoming, she answered all my correspondence, had her lovely husband collect us from the bus, gave us a bottle of her home made cherry brandy that was magnificent, and was available for any queries that we had. I have never been given such a welcoming anywhere else, she is a lovely lady and I would never hesitate in totally recommending Apartment Familia to any other travellers. Minutes to restaurants and a very short stroll to the beach and markets.
