Staff is very well prepared, and accommodations are both beautiful and comfortable. The hotel is the last one on the shore, but the town is rather small, so the distance is definitely not an issue.
The breakfast buffet has everything.

John and Teresa were exceptionally helpful before we even arrived suggesting that since we were arriving late at night that we might like to be picked up at the airport and they would arrange for a rental car to be brought to the house when we wanted it. Amazing hotel! Stayed in 4 other hotels in Puerto Varas before. Bellavista is by far the best quality.
Location is very good: view over the lake with the volcano in all rooms. Breakfast was phenomenal: Raspberry cake, lemon pie and home made brownies, lots of juices, eggs and sausages and a lot of fruit.. and Ulmo Honey!
