Practically everything was excellent. Fantastic views from our room, friendly staff, good food, clean, big, and very comfortable room. Nice linen, lovely towels, bath robes etc.Free undercover parking which you need iof you don't want to spend time removing ice from your car in the mornings. -

The couple running the place was incredibly friendly, as was the other staff.
The cabaña was very cozy, comfortable, and clean.
Our evening walk down to the lake was lovely.
They kindly showed and told stories about their great antiques shop, and breakfast was delicious. -

Staff is very well prepared, and accommodations are both beautiful and comfortable. The hotel is the last one on the shore, but the town is rather small, so the distance is definitely not an issue.
The breakfast buffet has everything.
Did not eat at the restaurant, but the drinks and appetizers were OK.

Room size was good. I asked for a view and got one.
Bed was very comfortable and sleeping was easy.
Door service and staff were friendly but many times seemed overwhelmed by numbers checking in.

John and Teresa were exceptionally helpful before we even arrived suggesting that since we were arriving late at night that we might like to be picked up at the airport and they would arrange for a rental car to be brought to the house when we wanted it. It was so convenient and then with suggestions as to what we might like to see in the area we

the bed is big and it's comfortable to take a shower here (hot water is always provided and big). Also can taste "Kuchen" for the breakfast, it's very good. -

Amazing hotel! Stayed in 4 other hotels in Puerto Varas before. Bellavista is by far the best quality.
Location is very good: view over the lake with the volcano in all rooms. Breakfast was phenomenal: Raspberry cake, lemon pie and home made brownies, lots of juices, eggs and sausages and a lot of fruit.. and Ulmo Honey!

1) Awesome view of the lake and volcano from our superior room. We setup
a tripod to take pictures out the window.
2) Big room and very nice shower.
3) Nice lobby, and restaurant area. We ate our evening meals in the hotel restaurant which we rarely do.
