  Practically everything was excellent. Fantastic views from our room, friendly staff, good food, clean, big, and very comfortable room. Nice linen, lovely towels, bath robes etc.Free undercover parking which you need iof you don't want to spend time removing ice from your car in the mornings. - We loved our room, the views from the balcony were am... wat mensen zeggen » azing, the room was clean and very comfortable.   The location was great. We had a suite room ad the view was wonderful. It is a very clean hotel and breakfast was really nice. We also had dinner their and it to was nice. - English speaking front desk was an added bonus. Breakfast was great with many offerings.

  1) Awesome view of the lake and volcano from our superior room. We setup a tripod to take pictures out the window. 2) Big room and very nice shower. 3) Nice lobby, and restaurant area. We ate our evening meals in the hotel restaurant which we rarely do. 4) Very good breakfast with lots of choices. 5) Parking at the hotel is good but a little ch... wat mensen zeggen » allenging the first time on arrival. 6) It was one of the nicest hotels on our trip in 2.5 weeks. 7) Staff was incredibly helpful, e.g. to get a renta - One of the best value for price. Very nice and above standard hotel. Fantastic views over lake to volcanos Asorno. very helpful staff , they helped us with a lot of patient - highly recommend this hotel ”
