  Lucy and Marisol are excellent, super friendly and helpful hosts. The room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was very generous and when we could not connect to wifi = we have an older computer which struggles at times with weak signals = they gave us their laptop for the evening and just asked us to give it back in the morning. Casa Lucy is loc... wat mensen zeggen » ated about a 10 min. Walk from the main square, but Puerto Natales is small and very walkable. We would certainly stay at Casa Lucy again. We came bac - Rooms are spacious and breakfasts are ample with a toaster on each table (nice touch!). It is only 10-15 minute walk from bus station and 5 minute walk from erratic rock for T-P orientation. Lucy is wonderfully helpful. She will put out a thermos of hot water anytime of day for tea or coffee. They also store extra bags for those going on Torres-del-Paines trek.

  This was the perfect place for us to spend a night on either end of a Torres del Paine backpacking trip. The owners are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Our room was comfortable and warm, and the shower was great. The internet connection is surprisingly decent. The location is perfect: roughly equidistant between the bus station and ... wat mensen zeggen » "downtown" Puerto Natales, so it's an easy walk to just about anywhere you'd want to go. - The hosts are so nice and friendly, the atmosphere makes you feel at home, everything is clean and tidy. When we left the town for several days, we left our belongings in the hotel without any problem, the owner of the hotel helped us with the transfer for free, breakfast can be had after 10 am which is very nice. Thank you!

  We had such a fantastic stay at Hostal Morocha!! As we were unsure whether we would have time to get to Torres del Paine on our travels, we arrived somewhat disorganised. Jacqueline and Pablo were so kind and helpful, giving us tips, organising things last minute and generally just being incredibly patient with our perpetual indecision. The kitchen is well - The service was amazing. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The host even helped us hang dry all our clothes after getting drenched on a hike. The homemade bread at breakfast was such a great touch in which we loved. Thank you guys so much.

  We stayed at We are Patagonia on 2 separate occasions before and after the w-trek. Brian and Carola are such lovely, friendly hosts they were so helpful with everything including information on the W-trek (Carola has actually done the trek recently). The place itself is warm, bright and funkily decorated. Room and bathrooms were very clean and ... wat mensen zeggen » new. Linen was soft and towels were enormous and fluffy. I can't recommend this place highly enough and wish these guys every success- it's rare that - Everything! This bed and breakfast is as good as it gets. Absolutely amazing hosts -- always willing to help and went out of their way on multiple occasions to make my stay comfortable. The rooms are very clean, the beds are super comfortable (excellent mattress, sheets and pillows!), and the place is quiet at night. I cannot recommend this place enough -- one of the best I have ever stayed at. A++
