  Awesome location and the design of the building is incredible. They were voted number 1 hotel in the whole of Chile in 2012 and rightly so - Great example of revitalising un-used/historical buildings. They did a fantastic job !!

  The staff at singing lamb was helpful since the time we made our reservations. They emailed us thanking for the reservation and welcoming us to their hostel (very unusual). They helped us plan our time in Puerto Natales and the trip to the Torres Del paine. They were very helpful once we got there and had to make changes to our plans due to harsh ... wat mensen zeggen » weather. If we ever go back to Patagonia will definitely stay at the singing lamb again. - The owner is a really kind and helpfull person. The all staff was great. The perfect place to stay before doing the Torres del Paine track. Amazing breakfast!

  Staff were friendly. Hotel was excellent with a very comfortable, warm and extremely clean nature. Breakfast was of a high quality and the staff offered it before their normal hours if we were heading out early for the day. I think it was excellent and would definately reccomend it. - We stayed here before and after our Torres del Paine trip. Very clean and VERY Comfortable beds with fantastic showers and Hot water...perfect after nights out in the National Forest.   Staff does a great job of helping guests with needs. Many of them answered questions about the Torres del Paine park for me. One wonderful woman helped me to make sandwiches to take with us on our hike one day. Hotel was extremely comfortable, warm, welcoming and a wonderful place to return to after a long day of driving and hiking within the park... wat mensen zeggen » . I honestly wish we had more time there to relax and enjoy the wonderful views high above Puerto Natales if we hadn't been so busy seeing the Torres - 1. The bedroom. Best night of sleep the entire trip. 2. Bath was full size. 3. Excellent views. 4. Staff was friendly and helpful. 5. Good breakfast.

  The people who work there were very friendly and helpful. We don't speak spanish very well and one employee went above and beyond for us. Thumbs up to Janet who works there. Breakfast was good. - I liked the location, the comfort, the good breakfasts, the friendly personnel. Nice hotel, beautiful construction, an near everything you need.
