The location of hotel is perfect: excellent transport from/to airport as well to the Pacific coast (using Tour Bus company), close to city center and metro station. Also, they were very good about my wake-up call and arranging a taxi for me to the airport. The man at the reception also spoke very good English so there was no problem with communication.

  Very friendly staff, good location to downtown and a good breakfast. Will stay there again next time I go to Santiago. - We need a one night sleep in Santiago between two flight - price was good. But we spent $70+ on taxi to/from airport, which made the choice senseless. If you want to stay in Santiago it can be an ok choice

  It's a serviced apartment operation. It's not a hotel, so if you are one of those nutcases who thinks staying in rente accommodation is a luxury experience, don't book. It's eighty us a night in a secure building in Santiago, or at least it was when I was there. They accommodated our needs and were so gracious and kind. The location downtown was perfect for seeing all the historical sites as well as being close to restaurants and shopping.
