Wat mensen zeggen

The owner/manager of our apartment met us punctually and was most helpful. She booked a tour for us and allowed us a late check-out as we had an evening flight out of Santiago. The staff at reception desk were not particularly helpful, didn't attempt to speak English and showed no interest in us.
