  The women working on the front desk and the house cleaning staff were very helpful. They helped us install a raised toilet seat after my husband's surgery. The meal we had in the restaurant was excellent. I loved the walking path behind the hotel and the gorgeous view from our room.   Very Clean rooms, comfortable bed, very accomating and extremely friendly staff, it was a pleasure liked the close proximity to shopping, and restaurants,to stay at the hotel, would stay their again and recommend to my friends - Room with king bed was very nice.   The Sword Best Western is a good hotel. there is a few buildings outside the main building. That gives it a hotel-motel feel. This is a good thing. We prefer those rooms. They are kept spotless clean. They even have "clean remotes". I have never seen this at any other hotel. The restaurant is great and the waitresses are very friendly as well as ... wat mensen zeggen » the rest of the staff. - The hotel was clean. Bathroom was clean as well. The hotel is dog friendly. It is very helpful if you have a pet. There is a space where you can walk/exersise your pet behind the hotel, but it is not a dog designated area. My dog is very active and needs to run before going to bed, so I was glad.
