The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool
towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport,
wasn't kept awake by the faint noise. Very relaxing pool and hot

I meant to write 'enjoyed' last time. The staff are wonderful,
and the prices in the bar are fair (one time I had 2 guests, and we had
2 coffees, a dessert and a hot chocolate, and the bill was only
cad$13.00! And the apples at the front desk are very welcome. -

The staff at the hotel were excellent - they were super-friendly and
very accommodating. I also loved that the hotel had bikes available for
hotel guests for a very reasonable rate. I also really liked that the
hotel had dvds available to guests to watch movies in their rooms at no
additional charge. My partner and I had the continental breakfast on the
first morning, which the kitchen staff put on a tray for us so that we

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The every one of the staff members
were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The
location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill
is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and
you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club.
I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.

My sister and I have stayed at Hilton Suites many times and have never been disappointed. On a recent stay we had a concern with the room we had booked and Bobby Ali the Manager on Duty quickly resolved our issue and we enjoyed a wonderful stay at the hotel. The front desk and concierge staff were outstanding. We had a problem with the air conditioning. Someone came to look at it and said it was working fully but that the room was not cooling. They gave us keys to another room and said we could have whichever room was the most comfortable.
