The staff were super accommodating and extremely tolerant of English-speaking Americans. We were always greeted by an enthusiastic "Bonjour!". The hotel is on a side street so there wasn't as much noise at night compared to a main road which was nice. Quiet and off the busy street. Breakfast was okay.

Unfortunately I did not have a copy of my reservation and was not about to argue over $5 extra each night. I also paid for parking at $8 per night.
