  This was a great hotel. I was upgraded to one of the deluxe suites when I arrived. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I was even able to get a late check-out.   The location for our need to walk about the city. The breakfast, fruit plates in the evening and especially the lovely dessert...what a pleasant surprise. The host,hostess in the lounge were very friendly and helpful... the room was comfortable, clean - The location and staff were excellent.   Fabulous service. Attentive and helpful staff! When dessert I ordered to take to my room took longer than expected, they offered and brought it to my room! The General Manager was fabulous and introduced herself and chatted. This is a superior hotel!!! It added as much pleasure to my trip as the trip itself. Had to get extra set of towels and... wat mensen zeggen » they them remembered that number every day and I never had to ask again. When we came back to the states and I was stuck in hotels with pitiful servi - It was a very nice stay. For a not big amount of money we payed we got a good service, a nice clean room. I can rate it as 4 stars Hotel by looking at interior but for the service I rate it as 5 stars. Pet friendly!!!! Very nice service of conserge. I had a very pleasant time to stay there!
