  The location is perfect. It is located in the center of the old Quebec and is normally 5 minutes walking to everything. I like the stylish and cozy decoration of the hotel sitting room and dinning room. Also, the microwave in the dinning room allowed me to eat some supermarket food which saved me some budget for shopping. My little single room (No... wat mensen zeggen » .27) is tiny but cute - I like it. Also, the hotel provide free 2-hour bike renting which I found great (although I did not have the confidence to try - - Perfect ocation in the Old Town close to Chateau Frontenac, 20 mins walk from the train station - Room was warm enough at -26'C outside - Good WiFi reception in the room; - Was offered a free upgrade to a bigger room; - Can see the castle from the backyard-overlooking rooms; - Nice and comfortable public area downstairs

  Friendly staff although busy still had time for a chat and to help with where and what to do.Relaxed, comfortable environment. Super clean. 10 mins walk to old city and about 6 mins from central station. Imogen is such a lovely staff member. She loves her job and made our stay really pleasant.
