  The rooms are enormous! The staff is very, very polite! The hotel is nicely designed with good decorations, luxurious bath, large mini-bar (can easily fit your own purchase for quick chill before) The reception was polite enough to let me borrow a power socket adaptor! Excellent rooms that were spotless. The bathroom was fantastic. Wireless was very good. The breakfast was top-notch - I actually can't remember a buffet that could top it, and I have been to quite a few 5-star hotels in every continent.

  This is the second time we have stayed here as a family. Apartment House Bulgaria suits our needs very well, easy to reach by car, but good access to the centre of the city via the tram (even with a pram) so no need to stress about driving and parking in the centre. Also Bulgaria Mall is only a 3 minute walk away for any shopping needs. As a person, who values good food, I could say I was really satisfied with the restaurant's menu. We had time to relax and enjoy our vacation and we would definitely come back! - WOW!   I likes being in the middle of the University Park. I had good food at this hotel and all the staff were extremely polite and charming - Excellent staff and so friendly. Clean rooms. Quiet neighborhood with excellent restaurants. Good price/quality ratio.
