Een bijzonder service georiënteerd hotel. Nog nooit ( zelfs in Azië niet ) zulke vriendelijke, jonge medewerkers ontmoet. Regelden voor mij een prive tour met een student als gids/chauffeur. What was there not to like about this place? Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.

Everything was wonderful ! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rich with a variety of traditional and international dishes so that it can cater everyone's needs. We stayed at one of the Executive Suite offering majestic views over Sofia !

The breakfast was top-notch - I actually can't remember a buffet that could top it, and I have been to quite a few 5-star hotels in every continent.

I liked everything, the room was clean and modern, the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.
The first night of my stay I got back to the room after a walk in the city and someone came and closed the curtains, cleaned a little bit and turned on the radio on a nice jazz channel. It was such a nice touch.
