We were also given an apartment which we actually did not expect so that was a nice surprise.

They made recommendations for restaurants that were great and provided us with information about the free walking tour to become familiar with Sofia's most important sites. If you are traveling - The breakfast-buffet is excellent – and the staff even better. Here is a little story: I like my coffee with milk. There was no milk on the table; so I helped myself with the milk that goes with the cornflakes. Two mornings later the waiter asks me, if I want milk with my coffee – I nodded, and she served hot(!) milk with my beverage. Outstanding...
